Returns Policy

Eagle Safety Products Returns Policy

All returns require a Return Goods Authorization, or RMA.  To receive an RMA, please contact us at 1-855-373-2453 or email us at office@eaglesafetyproducts.com.

Eagle Safety Products will NOT accept products without an RMA.

 

Eagle Safety Products guarantees all of our items to work and be free from manufacture’s defects and will repair or replace your items per manufacturers policies.

Defective Item Return

If you receive a damaged or defective item kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please call customer service at 1-855-373-2453, and have your name and order number handy. Our agents will provide you with the options to fix the problem.  We will then work with you to replace the item as quickly as possible.

If your order came freight shipped or is considered heavy, the regular return methods are unavailable. Please contact us at 1-855-373-2453 for help deciding what needs to be done with these specialty returns.

Standard Goods Return Policy

All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RMA). If your product is in the original, sealed, unopened condition, the returns process will continue. Your products can be returned for full credit of the purchase price of the item(s) up to 14 days from receiving your order less the shipping. After 14 days the customer can return any unopened, unused items back at the purchase price minus a 20% restock fee up to 60 days after receiving the item(s). The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If buyer would like, Eagle Safety Products will arrange return shipping at a fee to buyer. Once we receive the item back in our warehouse, we will examine the order. You will receive a credit to your account for the purchase price minus the outgoing shipping/insurance charges.

Truck Freight Return Policy

All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RMA). For those items being returned truck freight, pickup and delivery will be arranged and paid by the buyer. All Truck Freight returns will receive a credit to your account for the purchase price minus the outgoing shipping/insurance charges and will be assessed a minimum restocking charge of 20% of the item(s) cost.

 

Gas Cylinders Return Policy

Gas Cylinders can be returned to Eagle Safety Products for refill, for a nominal fee.

 

Electronic Repair Parts

There is a No Return Policy on Electronic Repair Parts ordered for machine and tool repair. Please contact the corresponding manufacturer to verify you are ordering the correct item for your repair. All sales final on electronic repair parts

Please check contents of your order carefully, especially those packages with visible distortions in the packaging. If your order is not what you expected, or has been damaged during shipping, please contact Eagle Safety Products at 1-855-373-2453 right away.

Have a problem with your order?

Please report any problems or concerns with your order to Eagle Safety Products within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. The date begins with the date you received your order.  All issues reported after 10 calendar days will be refused.

WHAT IF MY MACHINE IS DEFECTIVE?

Take the defective machine to an Authorized Service Facility for warranty repair.  We will be happy to find the nearest Authorized Service Facility for you.  Just call us at 1-855-373-2453.
